SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Dubai-Parts.com.

Dubai-Parts.com sells and ships new and used automotive spare parts and related products to customers in various countries.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the shipping terms below.

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

Dubai-Parts.com provides international delivery for most products.

Certain heavy, oversized, bulky, hazardous, restricted, fragile or special-handling products may be excluded from standard shipping.

Heavy or oversized items may require freight shipping, pallet shipping, special packaging, collection by the buyer or another delivery arrangement.

Where special shipping is required, Dubai-Parts.com may contact the buyer before dispatch regarding shipping availability, additional charges or delivery requirements.

1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time for most standard shipments is approximately 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer because of circumstances including:

Customs clearance

Customs inspections

Courier delays

Remote delivery locations

Public holidays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Weather

Transportation disruption

Government restrictions

The applicable one-way outbound shipping charge is normally calculated and collected at checkout.

The shipping amount charged at checkout covers transportation from Dubai-Parts.com to the buyer's stated delivery destination unless otherwise expressly stated.

The shipping charge does not normally include:

1. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

All import duties, customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, clearance fees, storage charges and other destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for checking the applicable import rules, customs requirements and taxation requirements in the destination country before placing an order.

Dubai-Parts.com does not determine, collect or control customs duties or taxes imposed by foreign authorities unless such charges are specifically collected at checkout.

1. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

The buyer is responsible for completing all customs-clearance requirements in the destination country.

Obtaining permits

Completing customs declarations

Paying duties and taxes

Paying customs or brokerage fees

Responding to the courier or customs authority

1. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a buyer refuses delivery after a shipment has been dispatched, the buyer may be responsible for resulting charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs

Customs charges

Storage charges

Re-export charges

Handling fees

Taxes and duties

Other costs caused by the refusal

Any applicable refund will normally be considered after the shipment has been returned to Dubai-Parts.com and inspected.

Applicable shipping, customs and return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

1. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a buyer fails to collect a shipment from the courier, customs authority or collection point, the buyer may be responsible for additional charges.

Storage fees

Redelivery fees

Return shipping

Customs fees

Courier charges

Re-export fees

Disposal fees

Dubai-Parts.com is not responsible for costs caused by the buyer's failure to collect the shipment.

1. FAILURE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES

If the buyer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or clearance charges, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned or disposed of by the courier or customs authority.

The buyer is responsible for resulting costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the shipment is returned to Dubai-Parts.com, any refund will be considered only after the goods have been received and inspected.

Where permitted, shipping, return, customs, storage and related costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

1. ABANDONED OR DESTROYED SHIPMENTS

Dubai-Parts.com is not responsible where a shipment is abandoned, destroyed, seized or disposed of by customs or the courier because the buyer:

Failed to complete customs clearance

Refused to pay duties or taxes

Failed to provide required documents

Failed to collect the shipment

Failed to comply with applicable import requirements

Any refund rights will be determined according to applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

1. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

The buyer should also provide a valid telephone number and email address to allow the courier to contact them when necessary.

If an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address supplied by the buyer causes:

Delivery failure

Redirection

Additional courier charges

Storage

Return shipping

Re-export

the buyer may be responsible for those additional costs where permitted by law.

1. ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, Dubai-Parts.com cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Any address-change or redirection request is subject to courier approval.

Additional courier charges resulting from a buyer-requested address change may be charged to the buyer.

1. SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREAS

Some remote destinations may require additional delivery time or courier surcharges.

Where additional charges are identified before dispatch, Dubai-Parts.com may contact the buyer before proceeding with shipment.

1. HEAVY AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

Heavy, bulky or oversized automotive parts may not qualify for standard checkout shipping.

1. SHIPPING OF USED PARTS

Used parts may require additional protective packaging because of their size, shape, condition or previous use.

Reasonable marks, scratches or signs of previous use on a used product are not shipping damage if they existed before dispatch and are consistent with the product description or photographs.

1. SHIPPING OF NEW PARTS

New products may occasionally have minor packaging, storage or handling marks caused by warehouse handling or transportation.

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself does not necessarily mean that the product has been damaged in transit.

1. PRODUCT PACKAGING

Dubai-Parts.com uses packaging considered reasonably appropriate for the product and shipping method.

Packaging may include:

1. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

1. SHIPPING DAMAGE

The buyer should inspect the external condition of the package as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If visible shipping damage is found, the buyer should:

Photograph the outer packaging

Photograph the shipping label

Photograph all sides of the package

Photograph the internal packaging

Photograph the damaged product

Keep all packaging materials

Report visible damage to the courier where possible

Contact Dubai-Parts.com promptly

The buyer should not discard damaged packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

1. CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE

If damage is discovered only after opening the shipment, the buyer should photograph the product and packaging and contact Dubai-Parts.com promptly.

The original packaging should be retained because the courier or insurer may request it when reviewing the claim.

1. LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, the buyer should contact Dubai-Parts.com.

Dubai-Parts.com may open an investigation with the courier.

Responsibility for confirmed lost shipments will be handled according to applicable law, courier rules and the circumstances of the order.

1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A courier's delivery scan, proof of delivery, signature, GPS confirmation, photograph or other delivery record may be used as evidence that a shipment was delivered.

If the buyer believes a shipment shown as delivered has not been received, the buyer should contact Dubai-Parts.com and the courier promptly.

1. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel or stop the shipment.

If a buyer no longer wants an item after dispatch, any return will be handled under the applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping charges already incurred are not automatically refundable.

Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

1. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is governed by the Dubai-Parts.com Return and Refund Policy.

For buyer-requested, incorrect-selection or change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

For confirmed seller errors, defective products or non-conforming products, return-shipping responsibility will be determined according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy and mandatory law.

1. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS

Where permitted by applicable law, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns or returns caused by the buyer ordering the wrong product.

Where mandatory law requires reimbursement of original standard delivery charges, Dubai-Parts.com will comply with that requirement.

1. CUSTOMS CHARGES ON RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a returned shipment causes customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees or other charges to be billed to Dubai-Parts.com, those charges may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted and where the return is the buyer's responsibility.

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RISKS

International shipments may be affected by customs procedures, border controls, government inspections, transport restrictions, courier disruptions and other factors outside Dubai-Parts.com's reasonable control.

The buyer accepts that international delivery may require cooperation with customs authorities and local courier agents.

1. DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES

Any delivery date, transit time or estimated arrival date provided by Dubai-Parts.com or a courier is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Dubai-Parts.com is not responsible for reasonable delays outside its control.

1. BUSINESS DAYS

Working days or business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays unless otherwise stated by the courier or shipping service.

Local working days may vary depending on the destination country.

Dubai-Parts.com will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
