Return & Refund Policy – Dubai-Parts.com

At Dubai-Parts.com, we specialize in supplying used and recycled automotive parts worldwide. By purchasing from our website, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following Return, Refund, Warranty, and Liability Terms.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

  • The item must not be installed, modified, disassembled, programmed, coded, repaired, or altered in any way.

  • All original labels, markings, seals, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Any item returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or improperly packaged may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at the seller's discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Electrical parts

  • Electronic modules

  • ECUs, DMEs, PCMs, TCMs, BCMs, FEMs, CAS modules

  • Sensors

  • Control units

  • Software-programmed items

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or liquidation items

  • Any item that has been installed, coded, programmed, tested, modified, or used

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Export fees

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Storage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities

Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

4. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other related expenses are non-refundable.

Where applicable, Dubai-Parts.com reserves the right to deduct such costs from any refund amount.

5. Inspection & Refund Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Dubai-Parts.com reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

  • Deduct the cost of missing components, damaged packaging, repairs, cleaning, testing, handling, shipping, or restocking.

  • Issue a partial refund when the returned item is not received in its original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. No Liability for Installation or Related Costs

Dubai-Parts.com supplies automotive parts only.

Under no circumstances shall Dubai-Parts.com be liable for:

  • Garage charges

  • Installation costs

  • Removal costs

  • Programming costs

  • Coding costs

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Vehicle recovery costs

  • Labour charges

  • Loss of earnings

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Towing expenses

  • Rental vehicle costs

  • Consequential or indirect damages

The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility before purchase and installation.

7. Used Parts Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all parts sold are used automotive parts.

Normal wear, cosmetic marks, scratches, and age-related deterioration may be present. Buyers acknowledge that used parts may require additional maintenance, programming, adaptation, or calibration.

8. Buyer Agreement

By placing an order with Dubai-Parts.com, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to:

  • All shipping, customs, and tax obligations applicable in their country
