Duties, Taxes & Import Fees Policy

All prices on our website do not include any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not collected by us at checkout and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery or customs clearance.

Buyer Responsibilities

• The buyer is fully responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, handling fees, or any other charges required by their country.

• These fees vary depending on the destination country and are determined by local customs authorities, not by our store.

• If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or import taxes, the shipment may be returned, destroyed, or delayed. In such cases, refunds may not be possible, or may be issued minus any shipping or return costs.

Important Notes

• We cannot predict or control the cost of duties and taxes.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local customs for estimated charges before placing an order.

• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
