SHIPPING POLICY
*You are welcome to pick up your item at our location
*Shipping prices for ground apply only to within the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, Anywhere else is considered international shipping and will have international postage fees.
*Process time for shipping is 2 business days.
*Any international customs fees must be paid by the customer.
*Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from, if the buyer wants shipment shipped to a different address buyer must add it in shipping instructions on eBay and PayPal notes.
*To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx or USPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
Freight Shipping
*Heavy Items like Engines, Transmissions, Interiors, and all palletized items will be shipped via Freight Shipment. All freight shipping will be shipped to a business address with a loading dock or forklift available at the destination only if the buyer requests shipping to the residential area then extra shipping costs will apply on the shipping and lift gate option from the freight company.
*RETURN POLICY
*All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or if it is different from the description! Please, do not buy just to check and diagnose your vehicle problem.
*Please ask us questions before bidding and verify the fitment in for your application with your local dealer or an independent source!
*Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost on all returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable! Most of our items are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as the item is returned to us.
*We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
*20% Restocking fee will apply on all returned non-wanted or incorrect fitment items, like we said buyer is responsible for item fitment buyers' vehicles.
*Item is subject to a 20% restocking fee on returned or non-fitment items.
If one of our warranty seals, paint marks on bolts is broken or been
tempered with there will be no returns or refunds on our items, buyer
will be responsible for the seller to ship the item back to the seller if the item
received from seller not in the same condition or with broken or tempered
marking on the item. Buying this item buyer agreeing to terms
and condition on return policy and policy provided in the description.
*If
in the description says no returns or refunds then the buyer agrees that what
the buyer gets can not be returned or any refunds will be issued on
any circumstances.
WARRANTY
We do not offer any warranty from our side, all parts that we sell come from used vehicles for parts
All the parts are tested either before or after removal from the vehicle.
Before purchasing the item, the customer must verify that the item will fit the said vehicle.
The item may show signs of normal wear, light scratches, or other imperfections as a result of this being a used part.
